Hey, I'm Rosie! A London-based music obsessive, film lover and enthusiastic wanderer who occasionally finds herself in situations that would be difficult to explain to her mum. One of my favourite travel memories is getting lost cycling through a remote village in Burkina Faso with a friend. We stumbled across a community having a ceremony and somehow ended up spending the entire evening drinking and playing music with everyone. No itinerary, no plan, just one of those magical evenings you couldn't organise if you tried. I'm heading to Utrecht to volunteer at Le Guess Who? this November, and I'm hoping to meet some lovely people and experience the city beyond the usual tourist spots. I think the best parts of travelling often happen when you leave a little room for the unexpected. If you have music recommendations, obscure film suggestions or stories about your own adventures, we're probably going to get along. And if you introduce me to something new, there's a good chance I'll spend the next three weeks obsessing over it.
