Minimum stay: 15 consecutive days at each property. Code of conduct: Follow Collective Hospitality’s code of conduct and treat guests and team members with respect. Parties and alcohol: Join our events and parties, but drink responsibly and never excessively while on duty. Schedule: Report to the Experience Manager and remain flexible, as schedules may change weekly according to events and operational needs. Dress code: Wear your own clothing that is fun, appropriate and presentable.
