Hello everyone! My name is Elisa, I'm 34 years old and I'm from Rome, Italy. I'd love to take a break from the fast pace of urban life and reconnect with nature. I've always felt happiest near the sea or in the countryside, and I'm looking for a meaningful volunteer exchange where I can learn new skills while contributing with enthusiasm and dedication. I would love to help with gardening, harvesting, organic farming, or taking care of farm animals and pets. I'm also very interested in living in a community where people share values of sustainability, cooperation, and simple living. At the same time, hospitality is my professional background. I've worked in the tourism industry for several years, and my most recent role was as a Group Tour Coordinator for a tour operator based in Rome. I have experience in customer service, guest relations, organization, problem-solving, and working with people from many different countries. Whether it's helping at a hostel, hotel, B&B, eco-lodge, or farm, I'm always happy to get involved, learn new things, and adapt to different tasks. I'm responsible, friendly, easy-going, and not afraid of hard work.
