Creativeprofessional Hey there! I’m Tui, an artist, illustrator and potter from New Zealand, travelling Australia with my husband from June to August 2026.
We’re traveling from Brisbane down to Adelaide, aiming for a mix of coastlines & creative stops along the way. We’re both friendly, practical people who enjoy good conversation and getting stuck into hands-on projects.
We’re open to helping out in exchange for a place to stay. Between us we can offer things like cooking, gardening, pet sitting, cleaning, general maintenance and I also do graphic design and mural work if that’s something you’ve been dreaming about.
We’re travelling with a car, and are very respectful of people’s homes and routines. Happy to keep things social or give you space, whatever suits.

lthrift Hi! I used to Couchsurf back in 2010-2015 and was surprised to find the changes that have happened. I am glad this platform was created because I value the more community down to earth vibe.
