aliciaa Hi! I’m Alicia, I’m 18 years old and I live in Spain. Currently I’m on a gap year where I’ve started working in a bar while getting my driver’s license. I expect to have my license by March which is when I’ll start traveling until June. I’m excited to explore new places, meet new people, and learn about different cultures.
I’m a responsible, organized and motivated person. In my free time, I enjoy doing sports (I’ve been playing volleyball for 5 years), watching series, meeting with friends, and baking.
I’ve been babysitting for several years and have experience taking care of children of different ages.
I’m excited for the experiences ahead and hope I can contribute meaningfully while learning along the way. Thank you for considering my profile!

Simona_Cemonika Hello! I'm Simona, a multidisciplinary artist from Romania working in interior decoration, jewelry, wearable art, and creative design. Creativity has always been at the center of my life, and I love beautiful spaces, nature, culture, and meaningful conversations.
This summer, my son Rafael and I are relocating to Cascais, Portugal, a place we have fallen in love with for its ocean, relaxed atmosphere, and connection to nature. Rafael is 8 years old (turning 9 this year), curious, kind, respectful, and very mature for his age. He speaks English well and loves meeting new people, discovering new places, and, most of all, spending time with animals.
We are calm, tidy, easy-going people who enjoy simple pleasures: walking by the sea, exploring local neighborhoods, creating art, reading, visiting markets and cafés, and enjoying peaceful moments in nature. Animals have always been part of our lives. I cared for a beloved family dog for 17 years and have also lived with cats, so we are very comfortable around pets.
I have spent nearly 20 years living in rented homes and have always treated every place with respect and care, as if it were my own. Friends often describe me as creative, reliable, warm, and attentive to details.
Through Couchsurfing, I hope to connect with open-minded people, learn more about local life and culture, and create genuine human connections. I believe travel is not only about places but also about the people we meet along the way.
Thank you for visiting our profile, and we look forward to meeting kind people and sharing good experiences together.

Nico444 Hi!
My name is Nico 👋
I am 25 years old and I am from Poland.
For the last two years I have been traveling by hitchhiking. I visited Italy, Greece, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, North Macedonia and Germany. I also like traveling around Poland.
I like meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I enjoy walking around cities, finding new places and talking with local people.
I like dancing, cooking and sharing food with others. I also have ADHD, so I often have many creative and funny ideas. I enjoy good conversations and hearing other people's stories.
As a guest, I am clean, respectful and easygoing. I respect house rules and I always try to leave a place clean. I am happy to help with cooking or small tasks if needed.
For me, traveling is not only about places. It is also about people, experiences and new friendships.
Thank you for reading my profile. I hope we can meet one day!
Best wishes,
Nico ^^

I’m a bit shy, so I’m not usually the first to speak up in a room, but watch out: as soon as people ask me questions and I feel a bit more at ease, I can be a real chatterbox.
I love trying new things on my own, meeting new people and hearing them talk about their passions and their lives.
I’ve been living away from home for 10 years. I have just graduated with a degree in medicine, and during my studies I spent six months on an Erasmus exchange in Greece and ten months in Romania.
I always have my earphones in: I mainly listen to Italian indie music, international pop and rock, and techno. I love going dancing and to concerts.
I’ve been vegan for four years and I love cooking and constantly experimenting with new flavours and recipes.

LucyT1981 Im a primary school arts teacher, who loves music (particularly house, breaks, techno, dub/reggae and hiphop) stand up comedy, travelling and meeting new people.
I have been to : Mexico, USA, Canada , England(lived in London for 3 years) Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Spain, Germany, Czech Republic, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Hungary, Netherlands, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, New Zealand, Singapore and Indonesia (Bali) and still loads more places I want to see! Japan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam are on my list, as are the Balkan countries.
I hosted couch surfers and couch surfed myself in Europe many years ago in the pre covid days and always had great experiences. I have met lots of cool people in my travels and always enjoyed that part of travelling, which doesn't seem to happen as much now that I'm getting older. I thought I would join this site to connect with likeminded people and open up my spare room for travellers passing through Brisbane looking for somewhere to stay, or versa - hoping others might do the same. I don't "party" like I used to, but I still enjoy a night out here and there and I try to support local djs where possible. So if you're into similar music, I can possibly offer an introduction to the Brisbane music scene :)

Creativeprofessional Hey there! I’m Tui, an artist, illustrator and potter from New Zealand, travelling Australia with my husband from June to August 2026.
We’re traveling from Brisbane down to Adelaide, aiming for a mix of coastlines & creative stops along the way. We’re both friendly, practical people who enjoy good conversation and getting stuck into hands-on projects.
We’re open to helping out in exchange for a place to stay. Between us we can offer things like cooking, gardening, pet sitting, cleaning, general maintenance and I also do graphic design and mural work if that’s something you’ve been dreaming about.
We’re travelling with a car, and are very respectful of people’s homes and routines. Happy to keep things social or give you space, whatever suits.
If you’re curious about my creative work, you can have a look here: tuijohnson.com
Looking forward to meeting good people and seeing where this kind of travel takes us 😊

juliette123 I am 23, freshly graduated from a political science school in Paris, and in need of adventure !
I’ve been living with my boyfriend in Paris for the past 2 years, and have learnt slowly to love this city.. I’m originally from the Alps so the concrete and the density didn’t necessarily please me at first…
I created a music blog a few months ago (pink-ipod.com) where I interview artists, many are from the UK. I decided that I was gonna do a « tour » where I go meet record owners, artists, labels… and get a better idea of these UK indie/alt/undergroup rap rock jazz and rnb scenes that I love.
I’ll be vagabonding around Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow and London (and maybe other places)
I’m obviously :
- A music nerd
But I’m also :
- Very open and easy to talk with
- Very communicative and willing to discuss boundaries, needs, schedules etc
- Clean !!
- Adaptative
- Very independent :)
- I love to play any kind of board games and I’m okay losing
- Multilangual: I speak English and French perfectly, and can understand a great deal of Spanish as my boyfriend is Colombian :)
- Not so patriotic so I won’t brag about the French football team

maximi1186 Hi, I'm Maxi from Germany.
I've been traveling the world as a nomad since 2010. These days you'll usually find me in India during the winter and somewhere in Europe during the summer.
I enjoy meaningful conversations, learning about different cultures and sharing stories from over 16 years of traveling.
If we meet, I'm happy to cook a vegetarian meal, exchange travel tips, practice yoga together or simply spend an evening talking about life, philosophy and different ways of seeing the world.
For me, Couchsurfing is about genuine human connection, kindness and cultural exchange. I always try to be respectful, open minded and easy to be around.
Looking forward to meeting you somewhere in the world!

DanyilAlona Hi! We’re Danyil and Alona, both 28 years old, originally from Ukraine - Danyil is from Luhansk and Alona is from Mykolaiv. For the past 4 years, we’ve been living in the Netherlands.
Right now, we’re traveling by bicycle from the Netherlands to Georgia. We’ve been on the road for over a month and have already covered more than 2300 km.
Before this trip, we traveled across Europe by car, visiting 13 countries and actually living in it. At some point, we realized it wasn’t enough for us - so we went back to the Netherlands, sold the car, quit our jobs, got rid of most of our belongings, and now our whole life fits on our bicycles.
We’re easygoing and respectful people, we value personal space and try to be low-maintenance guests. We enjoy good conversations, but we’re also perfectly fine with quiet time.
Danil loves cooking (and actually does it well), so we’d be happy to cook a meal as a thank you 🙂 We also love animals - we used to have a German Shepherd and a cat named Igor, so we get along great with furry friends.
Sometimes we enjoy talking about life and philosophy, but nothing too intense - we know how to stay normal 😄

ShawnPeters Hello! My name is Shawn Peters, and I’ve been a professional hairstylist, salon educator, and consultant for over 26 years.
My career now takes me throughout the country, where I work with salon owners to help launch new salons, improve existing businesses, and educate stylists in the latest cutting, coloring, and client service techniques. I’m currently based in the St. Louis area for the next several months while assisting with these projects and helping a longtime friend and colleague grow Traveling Angels Beauty Salon, a mobile salon dedicated to serving seniors and individuals whose age, health, or mobility makes it difficult to visit a traditional salon. If you’d like to learn more about me or the work we do, please visit www.travelingangelsbeautysalon.com.
My schedule is very flexible, and I generally spend only a few hours in the salon a couple of days each week, so your home and pets would rarely be left alone for long.
I travel with my 11-year-old French Bulldog, Speed, whom I inherited after my mother’s passing. He was once a show dog and is exceptionally well-mannered, quiet, house-trained, and friendly with other dogs and pets. He has his own bed that travels everywhere with us and is happiest simply relaxing nearby.
I’m a non-smoker with reliable transportation, and I take pride in being clean, organized, respectful, and dependable. My profession has always been built on trust, and I understand the confidence it takes to invite someone into your home. Whether caring for your pets, collecting the mail, watering plants, or simply making sure everything is safe and well cared for while you’re away, I will treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own.
Professional and personal references are available upon request. Thank you for considering me—I would be honored to care for your home and your beloved pets while you’re away.

Hi, I'm Prem from Goa, India.
I've been working in hospitality as a bartender for the past 2 years, and I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and making them feel welcome. Lately, I've been looking for a different kind of journey one that's about learning, contributing, and growing.
I'm passionate about coffee, travel, and building meaningful connections. My long-term dream is to start my own coffee trailer, so I want to learn from different places, cultures, and people along the way.
I'm easygoing, responsible, and always willing to help wherever I'm needed. Whether it's welcoming guests, helping in a cafe assisting with events, or doing day-to-day tasks, I'm happy to contribute and learn.
I'm excited to meet fellow travelers, share stories, and create unforgettable memories together.
